Reserve Your Spot in the Dojo
A $500 deposit holds your place in the fall 2026 cohort (late September to early October) of the Samurai Coaching Dojo: a six-month immersion in deliberate practice for coaches who want to go beyond formulas, take their coaching to the next level, and develop unshakeable confidence in their work.
Inside the Dojo:
- The six kata. One kata, one month, one focus: mental models, working with energy, finding the deeper conversation, creating awe, trusting your intuition, and coaching beyond the formula.
- Live practice calls, two to three times a month. You coach, you watch coaching, you give and get feedback. Practice is the center of the call, not an exercise tacked on the end.
- Sparring. Between calls you practice with a consistent partner who learns where you become powerful, where you retreat, and what’s emerging in your style.
- Master coach demonstrations, then deconstruction. Watch masterful coaches actually coach, not polished explanations of what they would do. None of us coach alike, so you can steal the best moves without becoming an imitation of anyone.
- Rapid-fire coaching Fridays. Twice a month, short live rounds. Speed strips away the performance and makes instinct visible.
- A cohort of 12 to 18 coaches. Small enough that people know your coaching well enough to notice when something in it changes.
How it works: when you are ready to complete enrollment, your full deposit is credited toward either payment option (pay in full or the 6-payment plan). We will send you a checkout link with the $500 credit already applied.
“Before the Dojo, I felt like I was good, but there was something missing that great coaches have. After completing the Dojo, I feel like I’m playing fucking light years above where I was playing. Oh, and January has been my best month ever as a coach.”
Mike Harris, former Dojo participant
